Pharmacist - Travel Contract - Indian Health Services

Position Details
This role is based in North Dakota at a respected IHS facility.

• Schedule is Monday through Friday during day shifts, with no weekend work required.
• The assignment is for 13+ weeks, with the possibility of extension, allowing for both stability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• As a Pharmacist in this role, you will provide exceptional pharmacy services to both outpatient and retail patients.
• You will be responsible for dispensing and verifying prescriptions, ensuring the safe and accurate use of medications.
• Additionally, you will counsel and educate patients on the proper use of their medications, contributing to their overall health and wellness.

Requirements

• Candidates must hold an active and clear North Dakota Pharmacist license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or retail pharmacy settings is required, ensuring that the candidate has a solid understanding of the pharmacy industry.
• IHS or tribal experience is preferred but not mandatory.
