Travel Pharmacist - 13+ Week Contract (Manistique, MI)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified Pharmacist for a travel assignment at the Tribal Healthcare Center in Manistique, Michigan. This is a 13+ week contract position with the possibility of extension based on the candidate's decision.
Essential Functions:

• Verify prescriptions (RXs) with precision
• Provide counseling and medication education to patients
• Note: No vaccination duties required

Program Systems:

• RPMS (Registration Patient Managing System)
• Scriptpro (Training will be provided)

Volume: Handle a daily volume of 150-250 prescriptions
Professional Experience:

• Previous Outpatient/Retail Pharmacy experience is preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Qualifications:

• B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm D.
• Michigan State Pharmacist license
• BLS certification is required. Must be willing to obtain BLS prior to the start date if not already certified.
