Pharmacist, Verify Sterile RXs - Day Shift - Temp to Perm - St. Louis, MO

A compounding pharmacy in St. Louis, MO is seeking a pharmacist with experience in sterile compounding to verify sterile prescriptions. This is a full-time contract opportunity starting at 6+ weeks, with the potential to become a temp-to-perm role.

Schedule/Shift:
Full Time | Monday Friday | 8:30am 5:00pm

Duties:

• Verify sterile prescription orders for accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance

• Ensure all compounded preparations meet required quality and sterility standards

• Collaborate with compounding technicians and ensure aseptic practices are followed

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to internal SOPs and applicable laws

• Work efficiently in a high-volume compounding environment

Requirements:

• MO State Pharmacist License in good standing (no negative history)

• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience verifying sterile prescriptions

• Experience in a compounding pharmacy or compounding environment required

Program System:
Familiarity with sterile compounding procedures and related verification protocols
