Key Responsibilities

• Process prescription refills and address patient concerns regarding their medications.

• Review lab results to monitor therapy effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and healthcare providers on proper medication use and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with inventory management and controlled substance regulations.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio pharmacist license in good standing.
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience required.
