Position Overview:
As a Pharmacy Admissions Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing the pharmacy admission process. You will work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely processing of new admissions, while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the pharmacy admission process for incoming patients.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation.
• Verify patient information, including insurance and medication history.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure timely delivery of medications.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to patients and healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm

Qualifications:

• Admissions experience.
• Experience with Insurance verify and eligibility
• OH Tech license (preferred)
