RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacy Director for a direct-hire opportunity in International Falls, MN. This is a great opportunity to lead pharmacy operations at a respected medical center, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Lead and mentor a collaborative, high-performing team
• Develop and implement policies to enhance workflow and service delivery
• Manage budget and inventory for cost-effective operations
• Partner with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Evaluate staff performance and address operational needs

Schedule & Terms:

• Full-time, Monday Friday
• Direct Hire (Permanent Role)

Requirements:

• Pharmacists: MN State Pharmacist License (clear and active)
• Non-Pharmacists: Pharmacy management or related industry experience
