RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacy Director for a direct hire opportunity in International Falls, MN. This role is responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a team to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care. Duties:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
• Lead, manage, and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering an efficient and collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement policies to improve workflow and service delivery.
• Manage pharmacy budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
• Maintain proper medication storage, inventory control, and safety protocols.
