RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Minnesota-licensed Pharmacy Director in International Falls, Minnesota for a full-time direct hire. This position can also be filled with a non-pharmacist. Schedule/Shift: Full time

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring legal compliance and cost-effective management.
  • Lead and mentor staff to maintain a collaborative, efficient work environment.
  • Develop policies to improve workflow, safety, and service quality.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and stay current on industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Active Minnesota-state pharmacist license (no negative history) if they are a pharmacist.
  • Non-Pharmacists should have experience in pharmacy management or related industries.
  • Experience in related setting preferred.
