Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Lead, manage, and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

• Monitor and manage pharmacy budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

• Ensure proper medication storage, inventory management, and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care and service delivery.

• Evaluate staff performance, provide coaching, and address personnel and operational issues.

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.

• Full-Time, Monday Friday

Requirements:

• For Pharmacists: Active MN State Pharmacist license in good standing (no negative history).

• For Non-Pharmacists: Must have experience in pharmacy management or a related healthcare industry.
