RPh on the go is searching for a Pharmacy Junior Generalist to fill a role in their Human Resources Department. This role will have duties such as Employee Relations, Employee Training, Onboarding Employees, Payroll questions, etc. An ideal background will be a background in HR or handling Employee Relations.

  • Deliver services, programs and processes that result in improved business productivity, efficiencies and retention for all employees.
  • Ensure that Benefits questions are answered promptly and accurately. Run reports to flag and resolve benefits issues.
  • Oversee Payroll by reviewing and resolving issues and ensuring Payroll is accurate each week.
  • Help manage the Employee Suggestions Box; ensuring resolution and responses to items.
  • Build and maintain relationships with managers and employees in all areas of the company across all sites.
  • Research and provide information related to HR policies, practices and programs and suggest solutions.
  • Recruiting & Onboarding: assist with recruiting, posting jobs, initiating backgrounds & drug screens and onboarding new hires
  • Training: help develop with HR team great training programs and deliver training across sites
  • Employee Relations: Investigate issues and help resolve with HR leaders.
  • Conduct HR Exit Interviews, off-boarding benefits review.
  • Maintain cloud and hard copy files and prepare and train team on the associated SOPs.
  • Be a representative of the company via recruitment efforts including university liaisons and career fairs.
  • All other HR tasks will be assigned on an as needed basis.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years’ experience in handling employee relations and HR in an environment with many hourly employees
  • Hands on experience with payroll and HRIS a big plus.
