Pharmacy Manager 8+ Weeks (Hartford, CT)

RPh on the Go is partnering with a respected hospital in Hartford Connecticut to find an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a short-term leadership opportunity.

This role offers a great balance of clinical management and hands-on staffing. If you re a licensed pharmacist with acute care experience and a passion for operations, this assignment is an excellent way to make an impact.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
• 8+ week assignment

About the Role:

• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) while also participating in daily staffing
• Oversee day-to-day operations and support pharmacy staff
• No IV compounding or chemotherapy required
• No 340B program involvement
• Technology in use: Meditech for order entry, Omnicell for automation

Candidate Requirements:

• Active, clear Connecticut Pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
• At least 1 year in a management or supervisory role
• Confident with hospital workflows and comfortable balancing leadership with hands-on tasks
