Pharmacy Manager - Austin TX

RPh on the Go is hiring a Pharmacy Manager in Kyle, Texas. This role requires a pharmacist who can serve as both Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) and staff pharmacist. The ideal candidate must be able to start on March 27, 2025.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
• On-Call Requirements: 4:30 PM 8:00 AM and 24 hours on weekends (rotational)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with regulations
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) while also managing staffing duties
• Supervise and support pharmacy personnel
• Ensure proper handling of IV medications and sterile compounding
• Maintain high standards of patient care and medication safety

Requirements:

• Active and clear Texas Pharmacist License
• IV Certification required
• At least 3 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience
• At least 2 years of management experience in a pharmacy setting
