Hours: 9:00am 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Job Duties:

• Lead and supervise pharmacists, cleanroom technicians, and other staff members.
• Ensure all compounding activities meet cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Manage batch record reviews and maintain detailed documentation.
• Actively compound sterile pharmaceuticals, including injectables and powders.
• Collaborate on Adverse Drug Event documentation and compliance measures.
• Drive team growth by hiring, mentoring, and supporting pharmacy personnel.
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local pharmacy laws.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 2 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
• Proven knowledge of cGMP standards and compounding best practices.
