Pharmacist Manager - Long Term Care
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (13+ Weeks)

We are actively seeking a Pharmacist Manager to join a respected long-term care facility in Camp Hill, PA. This position offers a temp-to-hire arrangement, allowing you to gain experience and potentially transition into a permanent role after 13+ weeks. If you are an experienced pharmacist with a passion for leadership and patient care, this is an ideal opportunity.

Job Details:

• Schedule:
  Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
  Saturday Sunday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (on-call every other weekend)

• Work Schedule: 4 days per week, with one day off

• On-Call: Rotating weekends for facility support

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care pharmacy

• Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to ensure high-quality care and efficient workflows

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, along with internal policies

• Manage medication inventory and ensure the accuracy of dispensing processes

• Provide leadership, training, and support to pharmacy technicians and staff

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address patient medication needs

What We re Looking For:

• Active PA Pharmacist License

• Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is highly desirable

• Familiarity with QS/1 Primecare is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with strong interpersonal skills

• Exceptional leadership abilities and the ability to manage a team effectively

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
