Pharmacy Manager Hospital Setting | Connecticut

RPh on the Go is currently hiring for a temporary Pharmacy Manager role in a hospital setting located in Connecticut. This 8+ week opportunity offers a consistent daytime schedule and the chance to step into a hands-on leadership position.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM

• Duration: 8+ weeks

• Setting: Acute care hospital

• Systems Used: Meditech (order entry), Omnicell (automation)

• No IV compounding, chemo, or 340B responsibilities

• PIC duties are included and will involve staffing coverage as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations as Pharmacist-in-Charge

• Provide staffing support in addition to management duties

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and medication safety procedures

• Collaborate with hospital staff to maintain high standards of patient care

Requirements:

• Active and clear Connecticut Pharmacist license

• At least 2 years of recent acute care pharmacy experience

• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy management experience

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
