Retail Pharmacy Manager

Location: Richland Center, WI
Position Type: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and equipment
• Hire, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including scheduling and evaluating employees
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as adherence to pharmacy policies and procedures
• Prepare and verify prescription orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy in medication dispensing

Requirements:

• Must hold an active Wisconsin Pharmacist License
• Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience
• At least 2 years of recent management experience
