RPh on the Go is actively seeking a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager in the West Chester OH area. This is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 6pm, 40 hours with an on-call rotating responsibility.

Overview:

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the pharmacy team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

• Patient Care: Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications for home infusion therapy, focusing on patient safety and therapeutic effectiveness.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, including handling of controlled substances and maintaining accurate records.

• Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy, sterility, and potency of medications prepared for infusion.

Requirements:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30 - 6pm, 40 hours
  On-call rotating responsibility.
