RPh on the Go is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist in Charge to lead our pharmacy team in Colorado. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a clear and active Colorado pharmacist license, and substantial inpatient hospital experience.
Work hours: Monday Friday, 8 am 4:30 pm. On-call during evenings and weekends is shared.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
Manage medication distribution and ensure appropriate drug utilization.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient treatment plans.
Handle medication safety, inventory management, and quality assurance.
Qualifications:
2+ years of management experience in a pharmacy setting.
Current, active, and clear Colorado pharmacist license.
3+ years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience in the state of Colorado.
