We are currently seeking a Pharmacist Manager for an established long-term care pharmacy in Camp Hill, PA. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the potential to secure a permanent position after 13+ weeks. Position Details:

Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (on-call every other weekend) -
Work Week: 4 days, with one weekday off

Weekend Coverage: Rotating on-call for weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the long-term care pharmacy to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Lead and mentor the pharmacy staff, maintaining a focus on teamwork and high standards of patient care

Ensure compliance with relevant state and federal regulations

Manage medication inventory, ensuring all medications are properly dispensed and stocked

Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient medication needs

Provide training, guidance, and leadership to pharmacy technicians
Qualifications:

Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania

Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is highly valued

Familiarity with QS/1 Primecare is advantageous, though we re willing to train the right candidate

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
