Pharmacist Manager Long-Term Care Facility
Location: Camp Hill, PA
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire (13+ Weeks)
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join a respected long-term care pharmacy team in Camp Hill, PA. This temp-to-hire position provides an excellent chance to make a lasting impact while working in a patient-centered environment. After a 13+ week contract, the opportunity exists for permanent placement.
Position Overview:

Working Hours:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (on-call every other weekend) -
Schedule: Four days per week, with one weekday off

On-Call: Weekend coverage required every other weekend
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily pharmacy operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the facility

Lead pharmacy staff and provide mentorship to ensure best practices and quality care

Ensure compliance with both state and federal pharmacy regulations

Oversee medication inventory, ensuring the proper handling and storage of pharmaceuticals

Work closely with healthcare providers to meet patient needs and ensure proper medication management

Foster a supportive, collaborative team environment with effective communication
Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy is preferred

Familiarity with QS/1 Primecare is a plus, although we are willing to train a candidate with the right interpersonal skills

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
