Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (13+ Weeks)
We are looking for a Pharmacist Manager to join a respected long-term care pharmacy in Camp Hill, PA. This is a temp-to-hire position offering you the opportunity to work with a skilled team and transition into a permanent role after 13+ weeks. Position Overview:

Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (on-call every other weekend) -
Work Schedule: Four days per week with one scheduled day off

On-Call: Required for weekend facility coverage every other weekend
Responsibilities:

Supervise the daily operations of the long-term care pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of care

Manage and guide pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient environment

Ensure all pharmacy activities comply with state and federal regulations

Monitor medication inventory and ensure the accuracy of all dispensing processes

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication management for patients

Provide ongoing training and leadership to pharmacy technicians and other staff
Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License

Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC) is highly preferred

QS/1 Primecare knowledge is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
