Job Duties:
- Lead and supervise pharmacists, cleanroom technicians, and other staff members.
- Ensure all compounding activities meet cGMP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage batch record reviews and maintain detailed documentation.
- Actively compound sterile pharmaceuticals, including injectables and powders.
- Collaborate on Adverse Drug Event documentation and compliance measures.
- Drive team growth by hiring, mentoring, and supporting pharmacy personnel.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and local pharmacy laws.
Requirements:
- Valid Florida Pharmacist license in good standing.
- At least 2 years of sterile compounding experience.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy management experience.
- Proven knowledge of cGMP standards and compounding best practices.
