Retail Pharmacy Supervisor Travel or Local Peridot, AZ
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Retail Pharmacy Supervisor for a full-time contract opportunity based in Peridot, Arizona. This position is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with a strong leadership background who is passionate about improving patient care and managing pharmacy operations in a community-focused setting.
This is a 13+ week contract with potential for long-term extension or full-time hire, especially for candidates local to the area. Travelers will also be considered. The schedule is flexible, with 8- or 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, totaling 30 hours per week or more.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily pharmacy operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency

Manage staff performance, development, and training

Monitor inventory and purchasing to ensure cost-effective access to medications

Develop and enforce departmental policies and procedures

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred

Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license; Arizona license required or must be obtained

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Immunization certification preferred

Must pass background and drug screen
