Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) 90-Day Contract

RPh on the Go is seeking a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a 90-day contract at an independent pharmacy in Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacy leader looking for a stable, independent work environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing daily operations alone, with support available from sister sites. Onsite and remote training will be provided.

Shift Details

• Monday Thursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
• Friday availability is optional if desired

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Accurately dispense and verify prescriptions, with an average volume of less than 50 prescriptions per day
• Provide patient counseling and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Collaborate with sister sites for additional support and resources

Requirements

• Active and clear Louisiana Pharmacist license
• At least three years of recent retail or outpatient pharmacy experience
• At least one year of recent experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC)
• Ability to work independently without onsite technician support
