Pharmacy Manager / Pharmacist In Charge (In-Patient Hospital) - Westminster, CO

We are seeking a highly experienced Pharmacy Manager to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a rehabilitation hospital with 36 staffed beds and an average daily census of 36. This is a 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity.

Environment: Rehabilitation Hospital
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, with shared on-call evenings and weekends
Start Date: January 1, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), managing staffing and supervising pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and medication safety.

Requirements:

• Active and clear Colorado Pharmacist license
• Minimum of 2+ years of management experience in a pharmacy setting
• At least 3+ years of recent inpatient hospital experience
