Pharmacy Manager- PIC, Crandon, WI

RPh on the go is actively seeking a Pharmacy Manager in the Crandon, WI area. This is a full-time position, working Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm.

Overview:

• Oversee the daily operations of the retail pharmacy, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage and lead a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to pharmacy operations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering medication counseling.

Requirements:

• Retail pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacy management experience a plus
• Wisconsin pharmacy license.
