Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Overview:
RPH on the go is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to oversee our pharmacy operations in Richland Center, WI. This role requires a proactive leader with strong management skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail pharmacy and be committed to delivering high-quality service to the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily pharmacy operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
• Hire, train, and supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and comply with company policies.
• Create staff schedules and conduct regular evaluations to maintain a productive and motivated team.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
• Oversee prescription preparation and delivery, ensuring patients receive the correct medication and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License (in good standing).
• Minimum 2+ years of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of recent management experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals and deadlines.
