Position Type: 13-Week Contract-to-Hire
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9 AM 7 PM, Saturday: 9 AM 6 PM (Rotating weekends)
Workload: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts)

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee day-to-day pharmacy activities, ensuring smooth operations and effective team coordination.

  • Provide patients with valuable care through consultations, wellness screenings, and medication management.

  • Lead inventory control to maintain proper stock levels of medications and supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, policies, and industry standards.

  • Build and foster relationships with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes.

  • Mentor, train, and develop pharmacy staff to expand their professional skills.

  • Respond to patient inquiries with confidence, providing expert advice and education.

  • Implement strategies to enhance pharmacy performance and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Active CT Pharmacist License is required.

  • PharmD degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, with a preference for supervisory or managerial roles.

  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional, personalized patient care.

  • Deep understanding of medical terminology, pharmacy operations, and inventory practices.

  • Experience with pain management is a plus, but not a requirement.

  • Ability to assess patient needs and offer appropriate recommendations with clear communication.
