Pharmacy operations manager- License Texas Pharmacy Technician

RPh on the Go is looking for a pharmacy operations manager to take over the pharmacy technicians in this mail order facility. We are looking for someone who has great verbal and communication skills and prior management experience to jump in at this fast paced enviorment. 

Requirements:
- Texas Pharmacy Technician license- clear and active 
-Flexible schedule and availability to work long hours and weekends
- 5 + years of management experience 
- 2 + years of pharmacy experience 
- Lean six sigma white belt or higher is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe storage and handling of all the prescriptions 
- Confirm proper licensing of the staff
- Conduct interviews and maintain the staffing 
- Distribute metrics to PIC and report to PIC
- Responsible for all documentation for employee terminations and corrective actions 
- Maintain inventory control  
- High levels of customer service
