Outpatient Pharmacy Technician in Philadelphia, PA

A full-time Pharmacy Technician position is available in a high-volume outpatient/retail pharmacy setting located in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity offers a first-shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 8.5-hour shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Process prescription refills efficiently in a fast-paced outpatient pharmacy environment
• Support pharmacists with medication preparation and dispensing
• Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a high-volume setting
• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPHT or PTCB) is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a pharmacy team
• Local candidates only due to position location and requirements

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• First shift: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Each shift is 8.5 hours
