Job Overview:
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician with a focus on Pharmacy Quality Analysis to join our hospital team for a 13-week contract, with the potential for a direct hire opportunity. This role will involve ensuring that all quality and regulatory goals within the pharmacy department are met, while also actively participating in the management of pharmacy automation processes and informatics.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of pharmacy quality and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and ensure all quality goals and objectives are achieved within the pharmacy department.
• Work hands-on with pharmacy automation processes, including Pyxis automated cart fills.
• Contribute to informatics efforts, integrating knowledge, technology, data, and automation within the medication-use process.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team and other departments to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support the department with additional tasks as needed, including potential weekend shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Inpatient hospital experience is required.
• Experience with Pyxis automated cart fills.
• Proficient in working with informatics, including the integration and use of data, technology, and automation in the medication-use process.
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician License.
• PTCB National Certification.

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with possible weekend coverage.
