Pharmacy - Retail Pharmacist Minnesota Direct Hire

RPh on the Go is actively hiring a Retail Pharmacist. This is a direct hire position with a Monday-Saturday schedule.

Position details:
Contract status: Signed
Term of Assignment: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday-Saturday 8am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Review, interpret, and dispense both prescription and nonprescription medication to patients
Respond to prescription issues and advise providers on the selection, dosage, interaction, and side effects of medications
Counsel patients on the medication prescription, including but not limited to: proper administration, possible side effects, expected response, storage, and any other questions posed by the patient
Monitor the health and progress of patients in response to drug therapy
Learn and utilize new technology as the profession of pharmacy evolves
Provide oversight and clinical supervision for pharmacy support personnel

Requirements:
MN Pharmacist License
BLS
Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy
Must have a thorough knowledge of drugs and their actions; knowledge of state and local regulations

Preferred Qualifications:
ACLS, Immunization Certification
Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail pharmacy
