We are seeking a motivated Pharmacy Service Specialist to join our team in North Dakota. This position is a contract-to-perm assignment, where you will provide technical support to community pharmacies using our client s software systems. The ideal candidate will have a North Dakota State Pharmacy Technician License and be passionate about customer service and technology.

This role does not require you to work as a Pharmacy Technician but rather in a support capacity to optimize pharmacy workflows through expert-level software assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide troubleshooting support and technical guidance for pharmacies using the client s software systems
  • Assist pharmacy staff in navigating digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration of software into daily pharmacy operations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication
  • Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to pharmacy workflows
  • Build strong, positive relationships with pharmacy staff, offering solutions that improve operational efficiency
  • Quickly learn proprietary systems through comprehensive training and apply your knowledge to solve complex issues
  • Provide ongoing support and education to pharmacy staff on software updates and best practices

Qualifications:

  • Licensure: Active ND State Pharmacy Technician License required
  • Computer Literacy: Strong computer skills and comfort navigating digital platforms, with the ability to quickly master new software systems
  • Fast Learner: Ability to learn proprietary systems through training and apply troubleshooting techniques effectively
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, professional communicator with a pleasant speaking voice; strong customer service orientation
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive, resourceful, and capable of resolving technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with pharmacy staff and clients to resolve challenges and ensure smooth operations

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time position with an opportunity for conversion to permanent employment
