Pharmacy Technician - Pharmacy Service Specialist (Remote)

Location: Fargo, North Dakota (Must reside in North Dakota)
Term: 13+ weeks - Temp to Perm

Join a clinical trials company dedicated to supporting community pharmacies in making clinical trials accessible to patients. As a Pharmacy Service Specialist, you will assist pharmacies in troubleshooting and optimizing software systems while providing excellent customer support. Note: This is a remote position, and training will be provided.

Duties:

• Assist pharmacies with troubleshooting software issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inbound support calls and address technical and account-related questions.
• Conduct proactive outreach to pharmacies to ensure ongoing support and identify potential issues.

Schedule/Shift:

• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Requirements:

• Active North Dakota State Pharmacy Technician License.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for customer service and building positive relationships with pharmacy staff.

Program System:

• Proprietary clinical trials software (training provided).
