Location: Remote (Must reside in North Dakota)
Term: 13+ Week Contract, Temp-to-Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Overview:
Join a dynamic clinical trials company dedicated to improving pharmacy operations! We are looking for a Pharmacy Service Specialist to provide technical and customer support to community pharmacies across the country. This remote position is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, has a problem-solving mindset, and enjoys helping pharmacies optimize their software systems. While you won t be working as a Pharmacy Technician in the traditional sense, your role will focus on customer support, troubleshooting, and enhancing pharmacy workflows through technology.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Technical Support: Help pharmacies resolve technical issues and maximize the efficiency of their software systems.
- Inbound Support: Respond to pharmacy calls, offering troubleshooting assistance and answering account-related questions with a customer-first attitude.
- Proactive Outreach: Reach out to pharmacies to ensure they are getting the most out of the software, identifying and addressing potential issues before they become problems.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support and build strong relationships with pharmacy staff by offering friendly, efficient, and professional service.
What We re Looking For:
- Licensing: Active North Dakota Pharmacy Technician License required.
- Tech Skills: Must be comfortable using and quickly learning digital platforms. You'll need to master proprietary software systems and assist pharmacies in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Strong Communication: Clear, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with pharmacy staff and provide accurate support.
- Customer Service Passion: A genuine desire to deliver excellent service and build relationships, with an emphasis on professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and proactively resolve technical issues while maintaining a calm and helpful approach.
- Quick Learner: Eagerness to quickly learn new systems and tools and apply that knowledge to assist pharmacies in improving their workflows.
Additional Information:
- Training & Equipment: Full training will be provided, along with all necessary equipment for the role.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): If hired, you will be required to sign an NDA.
- Salary: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience. All salary offers will be considered.
