Position Type: 13-week contract (Temp-to-Direct Hire)
Schedule: Monday Friday, Day Shift

We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Services Representative (PSR) for a home infusion pharmacy in West Chester, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with pharmacy experience to make a direct impact on patient care while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction: Call and follow up with patients to ensure timely medication delivery and answer questions
• Order Entry: Accurately input orders into the pharmacy s computer system
• Physician Communication: Contact doctors for prescription clarifications and updates
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage to ensure accurate billing and payment processing
• Inventory Control: Help manage and track pharmacy inventory to ensure proper stock levels

What We re Looking For:

• Pharmacy Technician Experience: Prior experience in a pharmacy setting (home infusion or related field a plus)
• Patient & Client Interaction: Experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients, doctors, and team members
• Pharmacy Technician License: Preferred, but not required
