RPH on the go is seeking a Pharmacy Services Representative (PSR) to join our Home Infusion Pharmacy team in West Chester Township, OH. This role focuses on patient interaction and order management, including handling calls, entering orders, verifying insurance, and assisting with inventory control. The ideal candidate will have pharmacy technician experience and excellent communication skills for working directly with patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Communication: Engage with patients over the phone to coordinate medication needs and follow up on orders.
• Order Entry: Accurately enter orders into the computer system to ensure timely and correct fulfillment of prescriptions.
• Healthcare Provider Interaction: Contact doctors for prescription confirmations or clarifications as needed.
• Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance information and handle any issues related to coverage for home infusion medications.
• Inventory Control: Assist with managing inventory to ensure all medications and supplies are adequately stocked.

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy Technician Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy technician or related pharmacy support role.
• Client and Patient Interaction: Must have experience working with patients and healthcare providers, ideally in a pharmacy or healthcare environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
• Pharmacy Technician License: Preferred but not required.
