Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Engagement: Make calls to patients, ensuring timely medication delivery and addressing inquiries
• Order Processing: Accurately enter orders into the pharmacy s system to maintain efficiency
• Physician Liaison: Communicate with doctors for prescription clarifications and updates as needed
• Insurance Verification: Confirm insurance details to ensure proper billing and patient coverage
• Inventory Management: Track and manage stock levels to maintain pharmacy efficiency and ensure timely deliveries

What We re Looking For:

• Pharmacy Technician Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, particularly home infusion or similar settings, is a plus
• Patient-Centered: Comfortable working directly with patients and healthcare providers to deliver top-notch service
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with patients, doctors, and colleagues
• Pharmacy Technician License: Preferred, though not mandatory for consideration
