Pharmacy Staff Pharmacist (Day Shift Home Infusion Oklahoma City, OK)

RPh on the Go is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a day shift position with a specialty pharmacy in Oklahoma. This is a 13-week contract role with the potential for permanent hire. The pharmacist will contribute to sterile compounding operations within a home infusion setting and collaborate with a clinical team focused on patient-specific therapies.

Position Details:

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK

• Setting: Home Infusion Pharmacy

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00am 6:00pm

• Contract: 13 weeks, with a possibility of direct hire

• Start Date: ASAP

• On-call: Every 4th weekend

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation and verification of compounded sterile preparations (CSPs).

• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and nurses to ensure timely and accurate medication delivery.

• Maintain compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards and applicable state regulations.

• Participate in quality control and assurance processes.

• Manage medication orders and assist with clinical coordination when needed.

Requirements:

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Oklahoma

• Experience in a home infusion or inpatient hospital pharmacy setting

• Sterile compounding experience preferred (not required)

• Availability for rotating on-call every fourth weekend
