Pharmacy Supervisor - 30 hours a week - Benefits Offered

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Supervisor to lead our pharmacy team in Arizona. This position requires a strong clinical background, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality patient care in a hospital setting.

Shift:
Full Time 30/hours/week
Monday -Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support pharmacy operations, ensuring quality and compliance.
Oversee staff development, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Provide immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred) from an accredited school.
1-year residency (PGY1) preferred.
Three (3) years of pharmacist experience; two (2) years in a hospital setting preferred.
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license, Arizona preferred.
BLS certification from AHA within 30 days of hire.
Licensed to administer immunizations and vaccines preferred.
