Core Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards.
• Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, handling daily activities and workflow.
• Oversee medication dispensing and provide patient counseling.
• Work closely with healthcare teams to enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution. PharmD preferred.
• Experience: At least three years of pharmacist experience, with a preference for two years in a hospital setting.
• Residency: One-year residency (PGY1) is a plus.
• Certifications: BLS certification (AHA - American Heart Association) required within 30 days of hire.
• Licensure: Must have an active, unrestricted pharmacist license; Arizona license preferred.
• Additional Skills: Experience with immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications is desirable.
