Assignment Specifics:

• Full time
• 13+ weeks
• Shift: Full time 30 hours per week, M-F

Job Duties:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and track performance metrics and align with organization-wide quality improvements.
• Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve program and service effectiveness.
• Support staff development through feedback, HR policies, and growth opportunities.
• Manage computer and dispensing systems for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee purchasing and inventory to ensure cost-effective, timely access to supplies.
• Facilitate training and learning opportunities for team development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree and/or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school of Pharmacy PharmD preferred;
  1-year residency (PGY1) preferred
  Three (3) years of pharmacist experience;
  Minimum two (2) years in hospital practice preferred
  BLS certification within 30 days of hire MUST be from AHA (American Heart Association)
  Current and active, unrestricted Pharmacist license; Arizona license preferred
  Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred
