Pharmacy Supervisor Opportunity Full-Time Travel/Local in Peridot, AZ

RPH on the go is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor for a 13+ week contract in Peridot, AZ, with the potential for contract extension. This role offers a unique opportunity to stay at a resort owned by the facility (with free food and beverages) for candidates traveling without pets. Duties:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance and high-quality service
• Develop and monitor performance metrics, aligning with quality improvement goals
• Establish and maintain department policies and procedures
• Support and manage staff development through feedback and HR processes
• Maintain computer and dispensing systems for accuracy and efficiency
• Oversee purchasing and inventory to ensure timely and cost-effective supply management
• Facilitate training and learning opportunities for team growth
• Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans
• Participate in ongoing training and quality initiatives, maintaining skills and competency

Schedule/Shift:

• Full-Time, 30 hours/week
• Monday through Friday

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited school; PharmD preferred
• 1-year residency (PGY1) preferred
• Three (3) years of pharmacist experience; two (2) years in a hospital setting preferred
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (required within 30 days of hire)
• Certification to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications preferred
