Location: IHS Facility, Peridot, AZ
Shift: Full Time (30 hours/week), Monday - Friday

Position Overview:
RPH on the go is seeking a Pharmacy/Retail Supervisor for a full-time role at an IHS facility in Peridot, AZ.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited pharmacy school (PharmD preferred)
• PGY1 residency (preferred)
• 3 years of pharmacist experience (minimum 2 years in hospital practice preferred)
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (within 30 days of hire)
• Active Pharmacist license (Arizona license preferred)
• Licensed to administer immunizations, vaccines, and emergency medications (preferred)
