Join the RPh on the Go team in Carson, CA! We are currently seeking a Pharmacist to fill the crucial role of Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician. In this position, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and precise preparation of medications within our sterile cleanroom environment. Operating under the guidance of our on-duty pharmacist, you will undertake various compounding duties and contribute to the maintenance of the cleanroom. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the cleanroom daily, maintaining a sterile and organized workspace.
• Conduct regular equipment cleaning and maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality.
• Oversee and manage the movement of stock in and out of the cleanroom, maintaining meticulous records.
• Demonstrate proficiency in operating cleanroom equipment essential for compounding tasks.
• Execute the compounding of various medications with precision, adhering to established protocols.
• Continuously monitor the temperature of the cleanroom and refrigerators to maintain optimal conditions.

Requirements:

• Active California Pharmacy Technician License.
• Previous experience in sterile compounding is a prerequisite.
• IV certification is considered a significant advantage.
• Previous exposure to home infusion or hospital pharmacy settings is highly desirable.

Pay:

• Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
