Pharmacy Technician Claims Specialist

RPh on the Go has an immediate opening for a Pharmacy Technician Claims Specialist . Join our dedicated team and help ensure timely reimbursement for our patients while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve a portfolio of rejected claims to secure timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborate with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party insurers to address claim denials.
• Execute claim edits and reversals to maximize payer reimbursements.
• Track and analyze billing trends, identify issues, and recommend solutions to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with payer regulations while minimizing financial risks.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Strong ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math aptitude.
• Desired: Knowledge of insurance industry trends and pharmacy technician licensure.

Compensation: $18-20 / hour depending on experience
Shift: Monday - Friday 1 PM - 9 PM
