Pharmacy Technician Contract-to-Hire (Hudson, WI)

Join a dynamic team in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order Pharmacy environment! We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for a day shift position with a focus on quality, accuracy, and exceptional patient care. This role offers the potential for direct hire after the contract period.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Flexibility: Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
• Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and organization.
• Perform order entry and ensure timely medication deliveries.
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced, LTC-focused environment.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior pharmacy technician experience required; LTC experience is a plus.
• Licensure: Must hold a valid Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician License.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technology is preferred.
