Pharmacy Technician Contract to Hire in Sharpsburg, PA

Position: Pharmacy Technician
Location: Sharpsburg, PA
Duration: 13 weeks, with potential for temp-to-perm
Shift: 8-hour shifts, rotating between 7:30am - 10:30pm (Monday - Friday); Saturday: 8am - 6pm; Sunday: 9am - 5pm. Weekend rotation every 3rd or 4th weekend.

We are looking for a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order pharmacy team in Sharpsburg, PA. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, offering stability and a chance for permanent employment after 13 weeks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in order entry, medication dispensing, and packaging
• Utilize Docutrack and Frameworks systems to ensure efficient workflow
• Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to provide excellent patient care
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• LTC pharmacy experience is preferred
• Previous pharmacy technician experience required

Schedule:

• 8-hour rotating shifts (7:30am - 10:30pm)
• Monday to Friday, plus weekend rotations every 3rd or 4th weekend
• Saturday: 8am - 6pm; Sunday: 9am - 5pm
