Pharmacy Technician Data Entry & Fulfillment | Evening Shift | LTC Retail (Chicago, IL)

RPh on The Go is currently seeking experienced Pharmacy Technicians for an 8-week contract position with the potential for direct hire in a Long-Term Care retail pharmacy environment in the Chicago area. This opportunity is ideal for techs who enjoy fast-paced, behind-the-scenes pharmacy operations and are comfortable with data entry and fulfillment responsibilities.

Location:
Chicago, IL (exact ZIP available upon request)

Assignment Length:
8 weeks, with strong potential for direct hire

Schedule:
Monday Friday, 12:30 PM 8:30 PM
Rotating every 3rd weekend

Role Summary:
In this hybrid role, you ll be responsible for accurately entering prescriptions and preparing medications for dispensing. You ll play a critical part in ensuring each order is processed quickly, correctly, and compliantly all while contributing to a dependable patient care process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input prescription data with accuracy and attention to detail

• Prepare, label, and organize medication orders for fulfillment

• Support pharmacists and team members in meeting daily processing goals

• Follow internal procedures and maintain HIPAA and pharmacy compliance

• Participate in weekend rotations as scheduled

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Pharmacy Technician license

• Previous experience in pharmacy data entry and/or fulfillment

• Background in long-term care or retail pharmacy strongly preferred

• Ability to work evenings and rotate weekends as part of a team
