Job Title: Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (Contract)

Location: Lakeland, FL

Duration: 13-week Contract Assignment

Shift: 1st Shift

Hours: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Job Duties:

As a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of prescriptions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering new and refill prescriptions into the operating system with precision and timeliness to minimize errors during the dispensing process.
• Triaging incoming faxed prescriptions to guarantee prompt dispensing.
• Assisting with filing completed orders, packaging medications, profiling orders for medical records, and filling processed prescriptions.

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Florida.
• Recent pharmacy experience.
